Hello Dear Readers. I’m going to assumptively say that there’s more than one of you.

So let’s get a couple things out in the open: 1) it’s been better than two years since I’ve last written, and 2) the pandemic really, REALLY, sucked.

Within my family, we were really blessed that we were not impacted by it and are thankful that the worst of it was us all being trapped in our house.

One pleasant side effect of the pandemic is that I’ve had a chance to practice a lot of cooking, though maybe not at scale.
